“Anyone who thinks they can find a better value to dollar ratio in Hickory is delusional. Quality affordable housing is rare in Hickory, and Waterford Place just can't be beat. I lived there four years with my wife. They are locally owned and managed, not part of some corporate disconnect. The owners reinvest regularly into the place. The staff are few, but good hearted locals that genuinely care. The maintenance is top notch and Aleks treats the place like he owns it. He is very serious about his job. The office staff will bend over backwards to assist any reasonable person.”

“I have had lower back pain for 8+ years. I never thought I would get rid of it without surgery. I actually went to a surgeon and begged him to operate on me. They said I wasn't to the point where it made sense to do a really invasive surgery. That's when I found Alan. OMG...I wish I would have gone years ago!!! After working with Alan for a couple of months, I am virtually pain free! Now there is plenty of work to be done outside the office to get results, but with Alan's "homework" I was able to exercise with just the equipment I had at home. I cannot say enough about the entire office and the care that I received there.”

The preaching...needed to be compassionate while Biblical and not robotic and not jokes out of a preacher's joke book!!! We found it! We are in love with our new church. The people are so kind...and while we are still very new... are becoming like family. It's the right amount of openness we were looking for....open to the community and the world....without forgetting the mission of saving souls and reaching the world for Christ.
