Summer is the worst time to chose to move in AZ with all the heat and stress on top of it and Nikki has made it a true breeze! Our lease is coming to an end for our current place of residence and right when the family and myself saw an opportunity to drop it -it was done without knowing where we were going and if we were really going to have anywhere to go. With all Nikki’s patience and help we found what we were looking for and for when we needed it! When touring the unit we found neighbors were very friendly and the community isn’t to big which can be nice. Also, the location is wonderful! We will update this after the move and some more time spent there. Thank you Nikki!!
So far the move in and leasing experience has been extraordinarily smooth and easy. We were able to get transitioned from a previous apartment complex, who lied to us about our unit, and hid the details of the lease agreement until the day the unit was marked available, and it cause a very terrible experience.
Fortunately, Waterford and Nikki - the community manager - were able to assist us with transitioning everything over to the new community and unit, within days. Now we have completely moved in and had our furniture delivered and have been having an extremely positive experience in the community so far save for a few minor inconveniences.
I am so grateful for the dedicated staff of this locally owned grocery. They continue to uphold a masking policy. And this makes it possible for people with vulnerable loved ones at home to shop there. I know it is tough, as there are some who continue to fight this simple safety measure. But this simple precaution is a huge gesture of respect for the disabled, the vulnerable, or those who cannot be vaccinated due to youth or complex medical conditions. Thank you, friends. And by the way, the store looks great! Keep up the great work!
Great place to shop for organic, locally sourced fare. A good supply of bulk ingredients, including some unusual items. You'll find an eclectic beer selection and a dynamite cafe! They could earn that extra star if they got their prices under control.
Great little co-op market that I wish was available in my city.
For anyone looking for variety getting herbs and spices, this is a very good choice. They have plenty and you get to decide how much or how little you want - sample size or family size. They also have lots of organic produce all year round. You can get frozen foods, dairy, recycled products. There's a coffee, juice, snack corner. There's plenty of parking. This visit was during the pandemic and they are following recommended precautions. So take your mask and social distance. It's a small place packed with lots to offer.
