  I started going to Lifemark in October because of a knee injury. Krystal, my physiotherapist, was amazing. She helped me recover from my knee injury quicker than I expected. She is very professional in her approach as well as being very personable. Krystal is very knowledgeable and displays a positive and encouraging demeanour. Thanks Krystal. Thanks to Austin as well for his help. I would highly recommend Lifemark to anyone.

  Tyler diSimoni has been remarkable.
  At age 72, I have not been a lifetime exerciser, and Tyler is helping me be more regular with exercises targeted to my weaker structural places. He helped me a couple of years ago with a frozen shoulder which I thought would never heal; and now the arm works very well. Strengthening my core during this more recent set of sessions has worked well for my general ease of movement and lessening hip and lower-back discomfort/pain. Thank you so much, Tyler !!!

  Really enjoyed coming to Lifemark, and Krystal was wonderful! Very helpful, friendly, and encouraging!
  She helped me after my total knee replacement, and I very pleased how well I did in getting back to normal!
  Thanks again Krystal and the rest of the physio staff that helped me! Really appreciate it!

  My experience was amazing
  Tyler DiSimoni was very thorough. After my first session I felt a difference in a positive way. Should I ever have a physical problem in the future I will look no further than Lifemark Fonthill. Thank you for everything.

  I've been a patient here for over a year and Tyler, Katie, Austin, and Kara have been absolutely great. They work well with me and even though sometimes I get a little grumpy, they are making me work hard to make me better. They all love torturing me! (All in fun!) The girls at the front desk are always so nice to everyone also. And I have gotten much, much better. Not quite 100% yet but they're working on it! I would definitely recommend again and again.
