Extra Space Storage

Moving is a Hassle!! This storage place is excellent! Clean, organized and the guy Rob Sutherland manager is extremely helpful. We needed extra storage and then we did not need the additional space and they could not have been nicer. If there is room I recommend you check these guys out!

Rob was so helpful. He helped me locate my unit on the third floor, identify the closest elevator, set up the lock and showed me how to use the key pad to enter the interior of the building. He was so patient and kind. Superior customer service is hard to find today. It’s obvious that Rob cares about his customers and strives to do an outstanding job.

This place is great!! And the staff is so helpful and wonderful. Onel helped me in both the times I got a storage unit from them and helped me navigate everything. Super convenient location.

World Class experience with Extra Space today. After a last minute change of plans, we had to get a storage unit on short notice. The customer experience from the website, to the follow up was nothing short of fantastic. User friendly interface. Updates by text... and a friendly call from Rob just minutes after we reserved the unit to make sure all the details were correct. Really a great experience. I highly recommend Extra Space.

This place is great! Only 6 minutes from Souther Village and so easy. We were given detailed information prior to our arrival. There are large carts in the lobby and the place is immaculate. Our belongings seem very safe which brings me comfort because so much of what we’ve stored are our childhood memories.
