Alliance Dental Group - King's Mountain

The office staff was very nice and efficient getting me back to the doctor. The doctor was great. He explained what needed to be done and got it done with very little pain. They all impressed me with there kindness and willingness to help. The doctor even gave me a call that night to make sure I was doing ok and did not need anything. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Matthew and his staff was amazing and very understanding. Gave me personal one on one time. Talked about procedures and looked at my problem I was dealing with. Shot out all my options that could be done. Very attentive, now it's up to me to make the decision what I choose to do and when.

I cannot say enough good things about Alliance Dental !! I thought I'd been going to a great dentist for years, however, it wasn't until I made the switch to Alliance did I realize how wrong I was. Dr. Rivera and all the staff are just incredible! Dr. Rivera took the time to educate me on my issues by explaining things in great detail; and answering my questions until he was certain I understood. The entire staff was very caring and sympathetic to my needs and made sure I was physically comfortable the duration of my visit. They worked with me putting together a plan of treatment that wasn't only feasible, but one that wouldn't overwhelm me financially. It's a relaxed atmosphere and with everyone being as friendly and welcoming as they were.. going to the dentist actually turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I'm truly grateful to Alliance Dental for the excellent care they'd given me. I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to change dentists.

Every time I go to this office, i leave numb and still smiling somehow ????. The staff is always so wonderful and personable. Dr. Matt is amazing and does excellent work! I guarantee you will be well taken care of if you go! As much as I hate/fear a trip to the dentist, I always have a pleasant experience with this group. I would give them more stars if I could! Thank you so much Alliance Dental Group for making me feel welcome and cared for! Look forward to seeing you all again soon.

My visit began with Dakota who was an absolute angel. Dr. Rivera was a constant professional and has my full confidence and respect. Ashley was a breath of fresh air and Brooke was the last pleasant face I saw as I left. What I was dreading as a horrible experience ended up being the best thing I have done in a long time! I am a fan and will be a patient for life!
