He's knowledgeable and obviously passionate about helping people reach their goals, and puts you right at ease regardless of your fitness level. Would highly recommend him and his gym to anyone. Support small local business and get in there for a great workout!

(September 24, 2019, 11:47 pm)Honestly, one of the best all around gyms I’ve been too and I’ve be a member of gyms in Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Houston, and Myrtle Beach. While there is something for everyone along with 24hr access, no fees, and just 1 low payment a month. And the owner continues to get new equipment with a lot of room to grow!
