(October 18, 2019, 12:27 am)This is a 1 star ER. I purposely rated 5 to be on top. The security is rude and treat you like a convict. I had a big buckle on and failed the metal detector 4 times before he whipped out his black paddle lol. Then I get 10 questions. Ughh don't go here drive to Gastonia please do.

(June 28, 2019, 4:12 pm)I was in rough shape when I was taken to the ER here. I had never been here before. ER is scary enough and plenty stressful notwithstanding how badly I was feeling. TOTALLY professional staff / not one bad attitude or lack of genuine concern. They patched me up for my regular Doc but explained everything I went through in understandable terms. I don't want to have to visit again soon but if I need help, this is where I want to be taken! Top flight people here!
