    Very pleasant and efficient staff. Clean store. Signed up online for a flu shot. Showed up on time. The pharmacy staff was very busy, but someone acknowledged me within a minute of my arrival. When she finished with the person ahead of me she had my paperwork processed within a few minutes. I waited less than 10 minutes after that to get the flu shot. Bought an item on the way out; checked out in less than a minute.

    So far so good, use on and off for a while, but I think Walgreens will be my store.

    WALGREEN'S PHARMACY HAS APPARENTLY REORGANIZED (AFTER INTEGRATING PHARMACY CUSTOMERS FROM THE NOW CLOSED CVC PHARMACY ACROSS THE STREET) AND THEIR OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE PERFORMANCE HAS IMPROVED CONSIDERABLY.
    TONY, THE PHARMACY MANAGER, PERSONALLY CALLS CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF DRUG PRESCRIPTIONS OR NEW PRESCRIPTIONS IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE WELL INFORMED OF THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS, DOSAGE, ETC. HE IS A GOOD LISTENER AND TAKES THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS THOUGHTFULLY. THANKS, TONY! THOUGH SOME CUSTOMERS MIGHT FIND THE COURTESY CALLS ANNOYING, WALGREEN'S EFFORT TO REACH OUT TO PHARMACY CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE REASSURING TO MOST CUSTOMERS.
    THIS IS A HIGH VOLUME PHARMACY AND CUSTOMER WAIT TIMES CAN BE LONG (IN PERSON AND VIA TELEPHONE). BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, THE BEST TIME FOR QUICKER SERVICE WOULD APPEAR TO BE "WEEK DAY MORNINGS BEFORE NOON."
