AWESOME!!! One word describes my experience with Pam Hanes and North Davidson Realty. After speaking with 4 local realtors, I went with the one who offered the best customer service. I live in Florida but have owned a home in Lexington, NC for quite some time. After taking a few weeks to get my home fixed up, it came time to sell. Pam made the transition as easy as possible. In less than two weeks, Pam had multiple offers including one cash offer which was accepted. In less than 2 weeks, a for sale sign was placed in the yard, house shown and offers submitted, sales contract accepted and house closed with funds wire transferred to me!!!
