I can say moving hasn't been an easy process and I'm thankful for everyone at the Menands-Uhaul location for making everything else simple. One they were so friendly to my puppy and so kind to me and assisted in every way possible.

When I lost my key for my lock they went over every option with me and helped me find the best solution for my situation. Getting the unit was easy and if I needed a bigger one, they located me where it was easy to switch unit size if I needed. An amazing team and also a fantastic facility. They serve the best customers soo of you're mean and angry don't come here. If you are having to move and need a skilled team to assist and guide you with ease then definitely choose Menands.

Also I'm from this area and I can say I've delt with all the uhauls and they are good this location is taking the trophy for hitting every mark!!!

Staff is very polite and caring. The fact that they provide you with a key fob quicker to open and close the gate while the business is closed is something I've never heard of. That being said I think they go above and beyond to accommodate their rentals.

This place never has any availability really however they are so nice. The guy helped me get movers to help with my move and he let me know that the Kingston location is potentially the worst location in the Hudson Valley. I appreciate that because he was open and honest

Great service! The truck I reserved was clean, fueled, and ready to go when I arrived for pick up. Very happy with the whole experience and I will definitely be returning the next time I need a truck!

Taryn has given me a Mani/Pedi twice now. I have Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. She is very aware of this and uses a gentle touch. I highly recommend her.

Even though the schedule was full,they were able to work me in and done a excellent job on my son's hair.

I had my hair cut, and since I had bad build up the lady suggested a clarifying shampoo.. I've never heard of it so I said ok and guys.. That stuff is amazing!! It made my hair so soft and smooth.. Imma go get some this weekend, i had never heard of it.. She took time to explain anything I asked about and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted so she didn't mess my hair up.. Holly is bomb guys, check her out!!
