  The best RV dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Top notch service, attention to detail and listened to my wife and my RV needs. Every single person we dealt with was top notch, from Ricky, to Scott to Todd to Jennifer. I would highly recommend Country Roads to anyone looking for an RV.

  My husband and I stopped at Country Roads while we searched for an upgrade to our current camper as well as for service on our current camper.
  
  From a service standpoint- the center is clean, the people are friendly, and the quote on work was free of charge. For as busy as they are in the service dept, we were given information quickly and with clear explanations of the realities of what would need to be done.
  
  In the sales center, Gary greeted us on the porch and walked around with us on a super hot summer day. He didn’t hesitate to show us multiple options and lead us right to some campers that fit our needs. He gave recommendations based on price point, quality standards, and needs for our family. At no point did we feel any pressure to purchase. We decided to come back another day after more research. We searched online and found Country roads prices to be extremely fair compared to other dealers and in our visit with other dealerships no one could touch the quality and for the price we found at CR.
  
  On our second trip back to CR, we decided to put a hold on a camper as we did some final research and worked to sell our current camper. In the end we purchased a different camper from a mutual friend and canceled our hold. There were no questions asked when I called CR to cancel. My husband and wished we could give them our sales business for the experience we had there. We do plan to use them for our service center and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a camper.

  Being new to camping and RV's, I had no real idea where to go to get the correct answers and guidance. I visited a few other dealers to get an idea of what I was looking. A friend recommended Country Roads. I made a deal with them over the phone. Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I had priced. Country Roads arranged a "demo day" for us to go over the unit from start to finish, which helped me understand how to operate the rig. We arranged for them to deliver the camper to our location, which they did so on a Sunday morning. The delivery driver stayed with me to make sure I had everything set up correctly and didn't leave until I was good to go. He also gave me his cell number in case I had any issues. I was very impressed with this operation and it is great to see a dealer out there who understands customer service. I would highly recommend Country Roads to those looking for quality customer service at a fair price. Jeff runs a great dealership and they are great to work with!

  We very much enjoyed our experience with Country Roads! They were very responsive in their communication (both by phone and email). They were also very transparent about each step in the process, including the pricing. We had to wait several months on our camper to be delivered by the factory, but that was no fault of Country Roads. They stayed in communication with me to make sure I wasn't forgotten. And, when the day finally came to go pick up our new camper, they provided a very thorough walk-thru of our unit and encouraged us to record it to refer back to it when we had questions. They also introduced us to the service department and made sure we knew how to contact them if/when we needed to. All in all, it was a very good experience with Country Roads! We will be back and support this family-owned business for sure!
