Donna, the manager, was a real pleasure to work with. Very attentive over the phone and in person. You can tell she runs a tight ship l, knows her warehouse well and is eager to please her customers. She gave me great tips on storing items.

I have to begin by saying I never post a review, but after my experience with this Extra Space Storage location-I had to. I am truly blown away by the professionalism, kindness and consideration of the staff here. I first spoke with April who couldn’t have been kinder and answered my 1.5 million questions. She connected me to the manager, Milena, who has honestly treated me like family. Moving is never easy, but this portion of our move couldn’t have gone smoother or more pleasant. Milena and team, THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this experience a positive one in our moving journey. You guys are AWESOME! Wish I could give you all 10 stars. Don’t look any further, this is the place to go for storage in Pines. The facility is immaculate, air conditioned and very, very well maintained.

Hi it’s my first time here ! Came from a horrible storage to the best one over here ! Ms.Donna was very helpful , friendly , cordial and FUNNY! She is the best and this place is nice clean and very spacious! The unit we had before somewhere else is much smaller compared to their medium size ! Remind you we had the largest unit somewhere else and now we only need a medium and that’s how spacious it is over here! Kudos to Ms.Donna and her amazing customer service ! We were sold immediately thanks to her and we love it ! Ps FIRST MONTH FREE! That’s always a plus ! Trust me it’s worth it and amazing at this place !
