(June 25, 2020, 7:49 am)Excellent product, price & service. Got helmeted gutters for the house. They are K-guard helmeted gutters (similar time leaf guard & exact same as competitor in Charlotte) at an installed price significantly below others quoted. Five years ago Bassett installed KGuard gutters on our detached garage & we went with them again after getting several other quotes. Family business. Courteous installers. Careful work. They even fixed some gutters they did not install. Tidy clean up. They also travelled - I’m in Mooresville (Lake Norman) and they came from Winston-Salem with no travel charges whatsoever! Square deal all around. Truly I do not understand how there could be even one negative review. My experience with Bassett Gutters (2 jobs in 5 years) is top notch! The gutters handle the rainwater really well and look great. Thank you Bassett!
(August 16, 2019, 8:48 am)Needed a replacement downspout for my gutter system. Ladies in the office helped me verify my color and had my replacement piece cut to length and ready to go just as promised. Very happy with my experience.
