They came to our home with all the information we needed and explained the whole process to go to market. They were always available by phone to answer any questions we had. We had 4 offers the 1st day of showing.

Buying a house is a very stressful thing and Kim made is as sooth as could be. She cares deeply for her clients. She made me feel like more than just a client she made me feel like family. She always made herself available. when ever I would call or text or email with a question or concern, she would reply right away. I highly recommend Kim Kennedy. If your looking for a realtor that will have your best interests at heart, look no further cause Kim is the one for you. This woman will not let you down.

The market is awful but she found a home that catered to all of our needs! Makayla had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process, we absolutely loved her and will be using her again in the future!
