“I worked at Pine Ridge and I can 100 percent say that I LOVED IT! Social Worker, Cambrea, cares so much about the residents! Admissions, Shayna, is so nice to families and residents upon their arrivals! Receptionist is always smiling and greeting everyone with open arms! Administrator, Greg, has an incredible way of running things and making sure the building runs smoothly! Cynthia, medical records, has one of the biggest hearts you could ever find! All of the housekeeping/laundry/floor tech team are the most incredible, kind hearted, hard working, amazing, funny, nice, make your day “sparkle” kind of people. The building is clean and when you walk in the doors it hits you with a nice clean smell! Dietary Managers, its like eating in a 5 star restaurant! Oh! And the Director of Nursing knows what she is doing! I’m so happy Pine Ridge has her to take care of the residents! I couldn’t, and wouldn’t recommend any other place to put your loved one at. You will be guaranteed they will be loved and taken care of!! Trust me! Pine ridge is where it’s at!”

“I like the the staff and the doctors. I don't like their lack of concern or how lightly they take serious health issues of their patients. I have been dealing with a UTI continuosly since October of last year and it is now July. They are not giving me the appropriate dosage or amount of medicine to get rid of this and I am prone to getting UTI's because I have to cath in order to pee. I do as much as I possibly can to keep these away and they just aren't doing much. I also wanted to say to do your own research on the medicines they prescribe to you because they can be extremely damaging to your body and cause extremely horrible medical conditions with just one pill. Customer service sucks because you have to talk to someone outside the office and you cannot contact the actual medical facility.”

FURR IS A 5 STAR DOCTOR but trying to get an appointment with her is a task.The receptionists that take your call , after being on hold anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, tells you that someone will call you back. THEY NEVER DO. ANYTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. Why have a primary physician if you cannot get to see her when you get sick? There is a lack of communication somewhere at that location. Cornerstone has given me the impression that they do not care about their patients anymore. After talking to Sherry(Triage Nurse) I have changed my mind and frustrations about my review.”
