“I have used the Ecss security system and had outdoor lights installed by them. They are always so kind and responsive! We had some issues with my doorbell camera baking in the direct sunlight and they even came and worked out a new angle and system to work through it. I think my favorite thing about the company is the quick customer service. I have had them out 4 times easily to add more lights, more cameras as my finances allow and they have always been so great. The techs go the extra mile to make sure I understand the phone system to monitor my cameras, and adding or removing access to it for me even when I'm traveling out of state.”
