“It’s been a rough week full of work and stress as has been the year. I feel like a steak but I live in rural Lexington, what am I to do 😢 But wait there’s hope. Texas Steak and Tap to to rescue! I ordered the Tuna and it was pretty good. Feeling good about that I took a stab at the steak 🥩 T Bones and Porter house being my favorite and they didn’t let me down at all! I ordered it rare and they gave it to me rare. I’m aware most might be a bit nauseous now but to clarify most of the time I ask for rare and I get it medium. The steak was tender and well seasoned. The side sweet potato was great along with a modest Cesar salad and suddenly the world doesn’t seem quite as hard. The staff were friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for. However there prices compare to long horn or sagebrush but just better food. You’re not a number here you’re a friend and your order is made for you with you in mind.”

Admissions, Shayna, is so nice to families and residents upon their arrivals! Receptionist is always smiling and greeting everyone with open arms! Administrator, Greg, has an incredible way of running things and making sure the building runs smoothly! Cynthia, medical records, has one of the biggest hearts you could ever find! All of the housekeeping/laundry/floor tech team are the most incredible, kind hearted, hard working, amazing, funny, nice, make your day “sparkle” kind of people. The building is clean and when you walk in the doors it hits you with a nice clean smell! Dietary Managers, its like eating in a 5 star restaurant! Oh! And the Director of Nursing knows what she is doing! I’m so happy Pine Ridge has her to take care of the residents! I couldn’t, and wouldn’t recommend any other place to put your loved one at. You will be guaranteed they will be loved and taken care of!! Trust me! Pine ridge is where it’s at!”
