  I had a facelift by Dr.Goldman on March 12, 2020. I am 54 years old and never thought I would have any plastic surgery on my face. I had lost quite a bit of weight and no longer recognized myself in the mirror.
  I had consultations with 3 plastic surgeons for this surgery. Dr. Goldman was recommended to me by my friend and coworker who is a medical doctor. She had a few procedures performed by him and could not say enough good things about him. I am a nurse practitioner and I was previously an operating room nurse so I am well aware of how crucial it is to choose the correct surgeon. The fact the Dr.Goldman only does facial plastic surgery was part of the reason I chose him as my surgeon. The old adage of "practice makes perfect" definitely applies to him. He has years of experience and it shows in his work. I felt comfortable with him from the first time I met him. He is so friendly, funny, kind, and down to earth. He clearly cares about his patients.
  He recommended that I have an endoscopic brow lift with my face lift. I had never considered this. I did not want to have the permanently "startled" look that I have seen in other women who have had plastic surgery. At first I said "no" but after looking at multiple pictures online I decided to trust him on this and am glad that I did. I feel that this really opened up my eyes because I naturally have very little eyelid space. It looks very natural and not "done". Must people notice I look well-rested but it is not obvious that I have had work done.
  He made sure that I did not unrealistic expectations about the results of my surgery. He "undersold and over delivered"!!! I was concerned about multiple laugh lines that had appeared around my nasolabial folds after my weight loss and he told me that surgery could possibly improve these but led me to believe that there was a strong likelihood that these lines might not be improved as much as I would hope. Immediately after surgery I noticed these lines were gone and they have continued to be eradicated even as my facial tightness has relaxed a bit as is normal after surgery. My results have gotten better and better over the past 10 months. Everyone comments on how great I look but no one thinks I look like I have had a face lift.
  I had some postoperative nausea and vomiting the night of surgery and Dr. Goldman was very responsive to our texts...yes, he gave us his personal cell number to text if we had problems. He quickly called a prescription for anti nausea medication to the local pharmacy.
  I couldn't be happier with my results, Dr. Goldman, and his entire staff. I have my one year check up coming up in March 2021. Having this surgery by Dr.Goldman was the right choice and I am so happy that I did it.

  I have worked with Dr. Goldman and seen his surgical results. He is a consummate professional and holds himself to the highest standards. His patients are thrilled with their results and the excellent care he and his staff provide.

  Dr Goldman is an outstanding professional, patient with questions , and meticulous with botox and other injections. I may have something more extensive more someday; i would never consider any other.
