Great service, very friendly, and professional. Would recommend to anyone who needed a tow. Kevin was an awesome person to have come out and tow my car!

In a moment when a smiling face and a helping hand is not necessary but never undervalued, Kevin was a true professional. I was sitting on the side of the road, virtually helpless, as he assisted in making arrangements to go to a reliable mechanic. As I’m not from the area, this man is a god send to anyone unlucky enough to find themselves with car trouble. Would recommend Piedmont to anyone that asks for a good tow whenever in a pinch.

When you call roadside you don't always know what company you will get, today when I heard it would be Piedmont Towing I felt a wave of relief come over me. Never have they ever failed me. James was great and got here quickly! Prior to today, I've only need their unlocking service. They will not leave you waiting long!!!!
