I have shopped many times over the years at this particular branch of AAP, and have ALWAYS received excellent customer service!

He tried to help me diagnose the issue as best as we could with limited time. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. When the tests results came back healthy, he gave me a couple of suggestions to follow up with a mechanic. Positive experience with friendly staff.
