Rebecca was excellent to work with! I went in-store to see what I possibly could get an iPhone 12 Pro Max for (I’d been eyeballing that phone for a while now and I became dissatisfied with my previous cellular provider) but we went ahead and ran an application for the 13 Pro Max. She was courteous, knowledgeable, kind and very professional, and with each customer who came in through the door, she greeted and asked how she could help them when she had an opportunity to do so. Turns out I got a surprisingly low down payment price and I was able to walk out the door with a beautiful Sahara Blue iPhone 13 Pro Max in a quick manner. She even helped set my phone up (except for putting in personal info such as emails). I’d definitely ask for her if you plan on upgrading or starting an account as a new customer.

Nicholas called me to let me know my phone had came in. Let me start of by stating that he was hands down the most professional individual I’ve had the pleasure of talking with and extremely helpful. I wasn’t rushed, he had stayed later to make sure that I was satisfied with my new phone and the accessories I had purchased alongside. Keep up the great customer service!

By far the best Verizon retail store around! Every time I go into Verizon in Mocksville, also known as Russell Cellular, I have a great experience. I have had the same phone number and Verizon account since 2003 and I and I have been to multiple locations locations all over the United States due to military service and none has even come a smidge bit close to the professionals, yhe friendliness, the desire to actually help customers, or the customer service and care that I've always received at the Mocksville, NC location! Thanks for the great experience, loving my new phone! Keep up the good work!!
