My husband and I have lived all over the country in many rental situations over the past decade. The Morgan is an absolutely incredible place to live. Rented between 2020 and 2021. We were blown away by how clean, bright, beautiful and updated our unit was, how responsive management and maintenance staff were to any issues we had (we mentioned a minor issue with the washing machine and they replaced both the washer dryer with brand new units), how friendly and welcoming the community was, how beautiful and well kept the grounds were, and how enjoyable and lovely all the amenities were. There is a mix of mostly graduate students and young couples and families. We always felt very safe and we loved walking around the grounds. Our toddler had such a blast every day on the playground and in the pool area, and we felt great about her exploring these environments as everything was immaculately cared for and truly beautiful. The gym is extremely well equipped and great to use as well. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about our experience here. We deliberated a great deal between paying a little bit extra for the Morgan versus going with a little bit lower price point for other apartments in the area, and in the end we are so incredibly glad that we paid a little bit extra per month. We feel that our experience here was leagues above what we would have gotten otherwise. We have never been so sad that our lease was over, we would have gladly stayed much longer here.

The management staff at The Morgan at Chapel are the best I have worked with. They are very responsive and caring of the residents here. The complex has plenty of amenities including gyms and social events (with precautions and social distancing during the pandemic). The complex is very clean and well taken care of. There is plenty of green space. Trash and recycling pick up is very convenient. The Amazon package hub is also very convenient. There are plenty of parking and garages are available to rent at a reasonable price. The interior is well updated with wood/laminate flooring and granite counter tops. The location is excellent and also close to UNC. I have been all over the US to relocate for my job and this is the best apartment I have rented so far.
