I cannot overstate my satisfaction working with Attorney Fitzpatrick. He, and his office staff, were supportive, attentive, kind, trustworthy, and extremely helpful throughout. Today i spoke to Heather Tracy supervisor and since last month i been trying to get her or the directir to call me. And she claim they called me well its awfully funny while i was sleeping you called and i answered. And 2 unless you know my brothers predicament you should not say nothing. My brother is laying on his death bed okay Heather and Tracy and he cant feed talk or do anything on his own okay. And lets get to it i always answer my phone and when asked if you spoke to Tracy about me you said you had not said anything okay and when you call someone like me when i wake up my voice is deep okay Heather. Let me say this i am going to call the director and the Mayor and the Governor to see how they would feel if your family member was like this okayand please don't accuse nobody of anything unless you know me and the next thing you best get your lies straight because i will play the recording and i kept telling you that its best to end this conversation but you insisted on talking to me. You pushed me into raising my voice and i kept telling you i was getting upset now okay. And long as Sarah been my counsler we never had 1 problem okay and you need to know how to lie straight and i am going to play the recording for the proper people. And now for all you people look at what i look at everyday we just can't move him okay.
I highly recommend fitz he handled my case very quickly and issues I had with the courts scheduling he fixed it immediately and my case was resolved quickly !
(5/21/21) I was involved in a unhealthy abusive relationship that led to me getting charged with assault with a deadly weapon serious injury (felony) ,assault and battery and damage to personal property. I had a court opponent lawyer that wouldn't fight for me , I didn't have any confidence and i was facing serious time and charges that could put my future in jeopardy.
