(June 16, 2020, 4:27 pm)I spent two years at Woodstone during my graduate school education, and I could not have asked for a better place to call home during that time. The facilities are well-kept, the management is responsive (Debbie, the Property Manager, is so personable and helpful!), and the community is friendly. I enjoyed having access to multiple miles of walking trails and a quiet and safe place to return to at the end of the day. The price is extremely fair, with water and trash included, and I would absolutely recommend Woodstone to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.

All residents are super nice and the community is very quiet. The location is perfect! I would highly recommend this apartment to any and all ages! 10/10

(February 6, 2020, 9:07 pm)Durham's best-kept secret! Beautiful walking trails and friendly neighbors make this a wonderful place to live. Living here means you will have no shortage of incredible sunsets and furry cow friends to see. Debbie and Sonia in the front office make sure everything is running smoothly and go above and beyond to show their residents that they care (hosting Resident Appreciation Breakfasts, etc). Can't imagine a better place to live in Durham!
