Customer service for me was amazing! I was helped throughout my oil buying process even though there was only one person working the counter. The shift lead or manager (whoever wears red polo) just stood there behind the counter and was in and out of the back room. When I was getting my items scanned, the guy just stood there watching me and the cashier. I used a coupon and the first thing he said was "Was this coupon obtained today" *it was one of those same day coupons. Anyways, the managers seem lazy and the employees are underpaid and undertaffed.

John and company are fast, efficient and offered me options that put the customer first. Highly recommend. Only thing disquieting was the snack machine that had a diet Coke so old that the label was nearly completely white. Coffee, cable TV, and wifi made the wait manageable.

They are first class with their repairs. My car looked showroom new!!! Took a little longer than expected to get back but the finished product was worth it.

Sport Durst is one of the best dealerships I have visited. Susana Cornejo is a great employee. She most definitely helped me in everything that I needed and assigned me to the right people.

I brought my Jeep in on Christmas Eve after a collision and was very impressed with the service, staff and had an overall great experience here. I was so glad that Brad who helped me, let me know that it may be a little longer due to the parts he could tell I would need which prepared me for a longer time than Geico had estimated. The text system they have is fantastic, it sends texts to update the service done on your car so you don’t have to call or wonder what is going on. Everyone here was so friendly and my car was more clean than it had been and the work done was high quality. I highly recommend Sport Durst Collision!!
