They did a great job refinishing and repairing my vintage Gunlocke office chair. At first I was not satisfied with how the casters turned out, so they took it back and redid them to my specification, at no charge. I'm 100% satisfied and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

The tradition of great quality work and friendly service continues with Y&J furniture. I’ve used them over 15 years for case goods modifications and restoration as well as upholstery. Every time their work has been excellent. The service is awesome too with a great bunch of people who have a sincere interest in the work you want done. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The latest project was to modify a dining table making it narrower from 42” to 38 inches and modify the leaf to make to make the table longer from 78” to 90”. While they had it, I also had them refinish the table. Just plain awesome. It’s gorgeous work. Highly recommend!

Y & J (Ben Weidner) has been absolutely fantastic. They restored an old pie crust flip top table for me. The table itself isn't worth much but it's priceless to me as it was my great grandmothers. They have been nothing but understanding, professional, and really lovely to work with. The care that they took with the table has been nothing but exemplary. Their prices are reasonable and they will work with you. They all truly love what they do and it shows in the quality of their work, their generous hearts, and in how they speak with you. I will continue to use them in the future for one of my more fragile pieces. *ETA: I am absolutely astounded with how this came out. Was literally in tears picking this up today*

We chose Y&J for the cabinetry repair and restoration of our pipe organ after hearing of their reputation for top quality woodworking and refinishing. Everyone in the shop is a true artisan and the the pride taken in each person’s craft really shows. We were thoroughly impressed by the finished product and pleased with the attention to detail—a handful of welcomed repairs were intuitively made that we had no expectation of being included. Ben, the shop foreman, was communicative and responsive throughout the process which admittedly took longer than expected, but the quality and thoroughness of the job proved to be well worth the wait in the end. We highly recommend Y&J’s services. The work lives up to their reputation and we are very happy to have done business with a local company that employs real craftsmen.

We handed over a teak Danish dining room table over 50 years old to Ben and his team and the results were amazing. We love it and plan to work with them on other projects. The cost was fair and you will get your money’s worth. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
