Omega was great! She was extremely sweet and provided us with assistance and information on services. She was very sensitive and so very helpful in giving us information on funeral chapel set up and also gave us helpful information on who to contact for planning our funeral needs.

I made arrangements with Shannon Rufe Snow about 6mths before my mother passed as she was wanting to be buried back in IL. All arrangements were made with kindness and compassion. The only additional need was the flight arrangements which they handled at the time of her death. They coordinated everything with the receiving funeral home and I did not have to worry about anything. I would recommend this funeral home for your loved ones arrangements

Nicole the director helped us plan the memorial service for my deceased husband. She was very caring and efficient in explaining all the details of the services I had purchased in advance. Ramon Zepeda at Shannon Funeral Home is very knowledgeable about your veterans benefits. He brought me a brochure full of information and needed VA forms for making final arraignments for me and my wife to look over. We set an appointment for the next week to discuss what we wanted for our funeral. He set up a pre-need plan so that our family would not be burdened with having to make final arraignments. There was absolutely no high pressure at all throughout this process. I would highly recommended Ramon to anyone.

My family and I were handled with the best of care from all we encountered. I will never forget Randy for the nice greeting each time I entered. Maria for the careful preparation of my dad's military sendoff, but most of all Nicole.
