I must say that I have been around numerous trainers in the past few years and its truly rare to find the perfect mix of knowledge, determination and compassion. Starting a fitness plan with a stranger can be a daunting task. A friend told me about Karen Carter and from our first phone call i felt like she cared and my goals became her goals.
Her studio is clean, her equipment is great and the vibe is family friendly.
I wish I had met her sooner!!! -
