High energy hot yoga classes. Fun but challenging. Encouraging teachers who help you develop and do what is ok for own body. Its hot and fast paced so it will take a couple of classes and some rest breaks to adjust at first.
Hands down the best yoga studio I've ever been to! Beautiful space, awesome music and lots of great teachers. Allie -- the owner -- is so knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions. So thankful for this place!
The BEST hot yoga studio I’ve ever been to. The music is loud and upbeat, the room is hot, and the people are such a nice community. 10/10 recommend for anybody looking to get into fun hot yoga or looking to continue their practice!
This space is nice. I think it's geared towards more experienced yogis and there aren't a ton of slower class options in the schedule (the Slow Burn class is challenging but accessible, in my opinion, but only offered once a week). Other participants seem to be very experienced and the studio offers a lot of classes/options that I should have realized are for experienced people. I think that's where this studio is geared and I won't fault them for my mistake as I'm positive this is a wonderful place if you are already great at/comfortable with yoga but if you feel at all like a beginner or need really clear cues because you don't feel confident in your practice I don't recommend it unless you're trying the specifically slow classes. YMMV though, obviously!
Before I started coming to vyb I had been to a few yoga classes, but I had never really practiced consistently. My first class was in February, and I hadn't been to any sort of yoga or fitness class in over a year due to COVID so I was definitely out of shape. The class was difficult and I took several breaks, but Allie's cues were helpful and she provided both beginner and more advanced options for several postures in the sequence. The vyb class is a great workout, and the music and heat make it 10x better. I was hooked after my first class, so I signed up for the unlimited membership and have been practicing at vyb ever since then. It definitely took me a few classes to fully familiarize myself with the poses, but the environment at the studio is incredibly supportive and I didn't ever feel judged for not knowing what I was doing. I've gotten so much stronger (both physically and mentally) in the past few months through a consistent practice at vyb. In the past few weeks, I've also been able to learn new inversions and arm balances that I never thought I'd be able to do. I'm so happy I found this studio, it has made such a difference in my life!
