Always a positive experience! They are very attentive, detailed , they customize the experience based upon the child’s individual needs, well equipped, kind, courteous, caring nature, timely manner, and previously knowledgeable of the patient so it makes the experience more enjoyable with every visit! Thank you for having my child’s best interests at heart and within your practice, you make it feel like family🙋‍♀️ much appreciative for the opportunity to be part of your facility.

They are amazing! We went today and the staff from check in.. to the dental chair... to check out was awesome! Very well trained and super nice. The tech we had today took her time and talked to my 9yr instead of to me which I loved bc he was the pt so he felt included! She took her time and answered every question he asked. The dentist was very sweet explained everything to me and him! Will definitely keep bringing him until he is to old to come.

My daughter just got surgery done today 8/15/22 . It went really good ! The anesthesiologist kept me updated every step of the way since no one is allowed back when they are doing their job / surgery . My daughter went in to get caps placed on some of her teeth 🦷 but since 2 of them were in too much of a bad shape they asked me was it fine to just cut them out . I said yes and she did great for the first time undergoing general anesthesia. I would definitely recommend anyone who has kids that need surgery done to definitely come to this office ! Everyone was friendly and well knowledge on what they were doing and talking about . I was feeling so uneasy about letting my daughter go back alone because I was scared but everything turned out to be just fine and she doing great actually! It took about a hour for the anesthesia to wear off but she’s able to talk , walk , eat soft foods , and even play today and she can do all of this just hours after her procedure . Even though every child is different and it may take longer / more time for them to recover , you can definitely trust Southpoint Pediatric Dentistry while you’re child Is in the care of they’re team ! They also made sure if I had any questions that they got answered and they always reassured me everything was going to be already and kept me updated. I have anxiety real bad especially when I’m feeling uneasy or scared about leaving my kids alone for a procedure to be done or surgery or them just leaving my eye site in general I get anxious and worried but thanks to Southpoint Pedatric Dentistry . I was at ease during and after her surgery! 😀😀

My daughter has had cleanings every 6 months at Southpoint Pediatric Dentistry, as well as three extensive procedures over the last three years (4 years to 6 years old), all of which included sedation. Dr. Amy and her team are calm, cheerful and kind to my daughter; they take the time to answer all my questions and discuss my concerns. They help to problem solve issues I see possibly arising during the visit and work to comfort my daughter when she’s uncertain during the procedures. Our family is so grateful. Dr. Amy and her team have made difficult days not so bad.
