Public Storage

My husband and I visited Public Storage and were very pleased with Pam who helped us with our questions. I appreciated her efficiency and professionalism. The location is great and it is always refreshing to meet someone who wants to give excellent customer service.

I recently won a storage unit at action at public storage on n duke st and my visit was amazing when I went to pick up my contents of the unit.
The facility manager was awesome and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and I highly recommend this facility to anyone. I hope to visit again.

It's an unusual facility, with ups and downs in the aisles because of the hilly spot where it sits. But Kim, the manager, has been extremely helpful to us in the move-in process, making sure the trailer unloading our stuff could get in when they needed to, and leave, too. She has gone above and beyond her job description to be helpful to us and to the moving people who unloaded our belongings. She made the move-in much smoother and easier than it otherwise would have been. She's just been great!
