She's helped me access so much professional support that was unavailable to me otherwise. She's also done the most thing in that I have noticed myself change for the better by my OWN hand. Therapy is a good option for anyone who can access it (whether you consider yourself "ill" or not), but you can't forget that you have to put in work too. I think we make a good team.
