  Customer service is like it used to be—courteous and smiling, wanting to help. Well-run, clean and organized.
  
  The iPhone service tech is KILLER. She knows what the heck she’s doing... very impressed with how quickly she repaired my phone. Flawless, seamless. The kind of person you want fixing your phone. I’m in IT and can be picky with technology techs. She left me with 100% confidence of a perfect job. And that’s what I got. You guys need to give her a raise. She is what will bring me back and have me recommending you guys to others.

  Well stocked - never asked for something they could pull off the shelf immediately. Best public relations folks I know - store was spotless with everything looking like a military Saturday morning inspection.

  The man that helped me was very helpful in every way he could. He was willing to learn how to do things which he was trying to find my the right bolts for my lawn mower battery. Then did my refund on my core and did it good with no problems. Smiled and friendly.
