My boyfriend and I lived here for about a year before buying a house. We had some problems with office staff when we first moved in but those were resolved after the first month. The maintenance guy Andrew Bostle is really cool and always fixed things quickly. Compared to other apartments we have lived in, I don't think we've had a maintenance guy come so quickly and be so nice. The pool is also really nice during the summer and the landscape is really pretty and well taken care of.

My mother, who is disabled/ill, is a resident at these apartments. As her primary caretaker, I always make sure her apartment is up to par, and she is able to live safely and independently on her own. I've never had any issues with administrative staff and they always seem kind. I've had to call maintenance 2 times, and Drew (I believe it's Andrew Bostle) came to the apartment both times. Drew came to the apartment quickly after each call and made sure both the toilet and dishwasher were fixed. When I was not able to be there, my mother stated he was so kind, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, and made sure to ask if she need anything else. After each time Drew has come to fix both the toilet and dishwasher, she's had no issues with either of them. I am grateful that this apartment complex's maintenance is able to make sure my mother's apartment is comfortable for her. I would recommend Columns on Wetherington to friends and family.
