  I cannot say enough about the compassionate and quality service our family has received from Willow Oak. Two of our beloved fur babies have now been cared for and humanely euthanized by Dr. Cagle and his team. They truly go above and beyond to be kind, reasonable, and noninvasive. Thank you all for taking such excellent care of Daisy and Chantal, you all are so appreciated!!

  Willow Oak does excellent caring for my cats - always so kind, gentle, thorough and attentive.
  
  But today they leveled up. I found a malnourished, obviously nursing, very young dog with no identification wandering the neighborhood, starving for food.
  No shelters were willing to take her. I called Willow Oak, explained the situation and they asked me to bring her by to check her out physically and see if she was microchipped. They were able to provide me with advice on helping her find her puppies (assuming they are still around and alive), what to do next and were able to assess her situation.
  
  I am so grateful that Durham has such a dedicated and selfless team in Willow Oak. I can not recommend their team and practice enough.

  My trusted vet. Have been going to Willow Oak for 4 years now and cannot speak highly enough of the veterinary doctors and staff. They are candid and empathic with pricing, search for ways to minimize costs while maintaining quality, and always a pleasure to interact with. I have never encountered a single person in a bad mood—in fact, I can’t remember a time I wasn’t greeted in a way that felt personalized and authentic.
  
  Great location, plenty of parking, and easy to coordinate via phone for medication pickups, updates on labs, or scheduling appointments. 10/10!

  It has been a long time since being a puppy owner and was so thankful to be referred to Willow Oak. Dr. Abby took a great deal of time answering our questions about our new puppy. She is simply amazing. I can’t recommend her and her staff any more highly!
