(September 12, 2019, 8:25 pm)I have been seeing Jamie at Fork Nutrition Counseling for months and I am SO thankful I found her. Through her counseling approach, she has helped me deal with my “food issues” by dealing with my mentality rather than telling me what I can and cannot eat. Jamie takes a very realistic and, most importantly, helpful approach around healing with food. Jamie is a wonderful counselor who really takes the time to listen. It’s clear she enjoys what she does and I appreciate her guidance. I would recommend her to anyone.
