  Well where do I start, Todd helped me out, woke up to a Saturday morning refrigerator not work( most appliance store not open) and I live in fayetteville. So I called D&L todd told me he had the part, asked him could I pay over the phone and could he leave it outside. He did just that part worked when I got home, he saved the day and did not have to do that. So people please stop by and allow these great people to help you out. There are still good people in the world and they work at D&L. Thx guys!!!

  We bought a dryer off of craigs list and found out it was missing the heating element. Clint was so helpful with getting the right parts and now we have a functioning dryer !!

  Walked into the shop and was greeted with a "how can I help you?" If you need a part, come here. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and kind. My experience with the folks at D&L in Durham is a great example of why I shop local. I will definitely be back!

  Friendly staff. They were able to quickly locate the component I needed. I wish I knew about them sooner, would have saved me a bunch of time with trying to find the same component online and for more money too.

  This place has great service and everything you need for appliance repairs. I was just about to buy a new dryer... figured i would call... they walked me through what parts to bring in for testing. Brought in and discovered that heating element had failed... 65$ later.. and a bit of go get grit... dryer is good as new!
