The best service and car detailing in town! Dave and Walter were so responsive and scheduling an appointment was so easy, they even can come to you! My car looks amazing and ready to sell. I won't get my car washed anywhere else now, so glad I found Perfect Touch Car Wash!

Update: I had a call with owner and he asked me to go and see his manager. This time I choose $25 service which is without the wax. I liked the way they handled my request seeing issues with last time. Walter listened to me and made sure this time they will fix all the issues. When I left, I left happy.

I went here for a car wash after reading all the positive reviews. I am sharing what I experienced and May be it was a bad day for me but I didn’t have good experience. My car after the wash was still dirty from outside as well as inside. It was decent but again after reading all reviews my expectations were very high. I mighty give them one more try and will update my review after that in case my experience changes (good or bad)

Came in for a basic car wash and my car looked great!!
I have a new car and didn’t want to take it to an automatic wash with brushes that would scratch it.
They power washed it, applied a thick coat of soap foam and then hand washed it.
When they moved it to the drying area they even put a rag down on the floor mat so it wouldn’t get dirty.
I just had a basic service because my car is just a few months old, but they really did an excellent job.
I went mid morning during the week and was in and out super quick.
I only paid $15 (plus tip) because they didn’t touch the interior and it was worth every penny. They made it look like I drove it off the lot!!
They take credit cards and they wore masks when interacting with customers. A+

When you think about taking your car somewhere to get cleaned and fully detailed, you wonder if it’s going to be a good value and worth the price. Walter and Chris exceeded any and every expectation I had. When I went to pick my car up upon completion, I was so stunned at the outcome I was just speechless. My car is a 2010 and at this point, the finish was very dull and it had no shine to it whatsoever. Whenever I would get it washed somewhere, it would very quickly be dirty again because the finish was so rough and dull and worn down. When I initially took my car in to Perfect Touch, the package I was scheduled for did not include a restoration of the finish. They explained to me that they could go ahead with the package I ordered, but that the result would be what I had experienced before - it would still look lackluster and I’d be trying to wash it frequently to keep it clean. Their interactions with me were very professional, and the way they explained to me the benefits of having the restoration done made me realize they had my best interest in mind and weren’t just trying to make an extra buck. I decided on the restoration, and had to reschedule my appointment since that job takes a bit longer. Walter and Chris worked with my schedule, which was fantastic because my wife and I have 2 toddlers at home and it’s hard to move things around schedule wise sometimes. They communicated with me throughout the day with any questions they had for me regarding the job, so they could make sure they did the best job possible. The results were just amazing. They were ready for my drop off when they said they would be, and they had the car ready for pick up when they said they would. Everything about the experience was very smooth. What I thought might be a headache having to be without my car for 5-6 hours was anything but a headache. Walter and Chris made the whole experience great, and were very personable and great to talk to. Inside and out, my car looks like I never thought it could. The upholstery and floor-mats were so dirty before and now they look brand new like nobody has ever set foot on them. You can’t tell that my dog has ever even been in the car, or that toddlers have also! My headlights were foggy and yellowing, and now they also look like new. The rims always had that black gunk on them that I just couldn’t get off, but the rims are completely shiny and clean now. And after the buff/polish/shine/wax, the finish on the car is smooth as can be and I can see my reflection in it for the first time since I bought the car about 5 years ago. I’m just beyond impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. The car certainly doesn’t look its age anymore! Thank you, gentlemen, for the superb job!
