“I can't say enough good about Q Shack. The food was amazing, especially the brisket and the potato salad. This is the genuine article folks, my mom and I tried three meats and four sides, all were great. Also good local beers in cans....and recycling! It was the first place I've seen down here with recycling bins. I was so happy. I also want to note that, during this global pandemic, they are really taking things seriously...everyone was wearing masks unless they were eating. The staff was regularly sanitizing their hands. There was plenty of outdoor seating and space to feel comfortable eating without your mask on. There were also huge fans, they kept me cool AND they make a big difference in the viral load people are exposed to (if an infected person were to enter the space). I'm just hear while my aunt is having surgery at Duke, if I were local I would eat at this place at least once month. Fairly priced too, for excellent BBQ in the middle of a meat shortage. Go get some!!!”

“It was great. Attended a birthday celebration there were 10 people present. We were given a alcove for seating, and there were four tables behind us that were empty and were not dressed. All the staff was wearing mask as were we. But what I appreciated most was that we only had one server throughout the meal. We did not have a waiter/waitress come by with the wine then a different waiter/waitress come by with the salad and then a third waiter/waitress come by with the dinner. We had one waitress throughout. Management was thinking during this age of covid and appeared very conscious of everyone being safe and enjoying their meal. Also you get a free dessert if it is your birthday from their decadent dessert menu.”

“We have eaten here several times and ordered different things each time. And every single time, the quality has far exceeded our expectations. The boom boom shrimp and chicken fingers are delicious. The burgers here are second to none. If you want an amazing appetizer, get the beef and chicken empanadas. We have never had a bad meal or drink here. “This little gas station is a reflection of how gas stations used to be all over America. A man and his sons running a Sales and repair shop. I ask about how their kids are doing, they ask after mine. Once, I left my wallet at the house, they didnt worry about it, they know I'll drive by tomorrow. if they have to go to the ends of the Earth to help me fix the problem with my car, then that's what they'll do. In two decades, there have only been two or three times when they were not able to get to my oil change or state inspection with no wait at all. It may look a little grungy because it is a little grungy. And that's a good thing in my opinion. These are hard-working men in a hard-working environment and their looks reflect it. A great, honest and friendly service station.”

“I come here often. The staff is always responsive to my needs and kind. The food is always delicious, if you'd like a recommendation, my personal favorite is a grilled blackened salmon. There are a lot of sauce options, so don't be afraid to experiment. But the D's dipping sauce is a MUST if you're getting fries as a side. If you're in the mood for desert, the funnel cakes sticks are seriously good. Can't think of anywhere else to something like it.(don't forget the caramel) Pro tip: ask for some lemon and add it to your grilled fish, it makes it taste even better!”

We went a few weeks ago and it was a little rough but great service and great food. Parking is back behind the building in the shopping center lot on the side. The minute we walked in, I already caught the new kid doing something unsanitary, but after mentioning to Jess, she had him go in the back to clean his hands. This place is just like every other Subway. 1) new kid doesn't know what's going on. 2) employee who's above and beyond, and 3) older lady who's lazy and slow.”

Fastest way, use the self service kiosk terminals to place your order and pay with a card (no cash, cash pmts must use the checkout line, everyone else should use the kiosks.) Italian sausage is the best! Salads are very good also. Hot dogs & pizza are good (and very inexpensive.) I hear the açai FroYo is delicicious, but I've never tried it personally (NOT diabetic/low carb friendly.)”

They've been champs through the entire pandemic and its been a joy as its stood by us front line workers in the medical field unlike Domino's who refuses to deliver to our facility. “Gocciolina has always been one of our favorite restaurants, but I'm writing an updated review to give them credit for an EXCELLENT take out experience. We got the following: -Spicy Baked Gnocchi all' Amatriciana with Lissome and Pecorino Cheese -Braised Four-Leaf Farm Chard, Kale with Garlic and Tomato -2 orders of Meatballs by the Half Dozen -Order of olives Each item was delicious! Everything was packaged as take n' bake with easy instructions. (Especially helpful, all our dishes were roughly the same time/temp!) Door was open to avoid touch, then orders are placed on a table near the front. Greatly appreciated that, since many take out options in town still want to HAND YOU your order, which defeats the purpose. In the end, the food was tasty and the experience was seamless. Great job!”

“I might be the last person in my town to try the new chicken sandwich. It was good. What was great was the speed, accuracy, and attitude at the drive thru. It was crowded and it took a hot minute, but it never locked up. The line was tolerable because it was logical. No one car took any more or less time than any other. “This was my first time coming here, to the recommendation of a couple friends. Their menu has quite the variety, it was a hard choice deciding what to get! I ended up going with the grilled chicken sub with hot peppers. Very flavorful! Whatever they marinated the chicken in made the sub. I will definitely be back to try the pizza!”

“Really glad to finally get to try this new place! The people who work here were really friendly and helpful explaining menu items I wasn't familiar with. The renovations inside are nice and give the place a pleasant, open, sunny feeling. The tortillas are thick and have a nice texture, I assume they're made in house. I got tlacoyos, which I hadn't heard of before, and really enjoyed them. There were enough vegetarian options that I'll be happy to come back and try more. Great first experience, and glad to have some new and different Mexican options in the area ????”
