Salvador Painting

Rogelio Salvador just finished two huge exterior jobs for us: he painted the outside of our entire house; as well as a brick wall and a carport. This was the second time we have contracted with Rogelio.

Quality of Work: He and his crew do whatever is required to deliver high-quality service. They work long, hard days, are professional, considerate and neat—everything cleaned and cleared up at the end of each day. When he found unexpected problems (decaying fascia), he let us know right away and worked with us to resolve the problem. (A previous painter just painted over some rotting wood.) As our project experienced scope creep, Rogelio took it in stride.

Reliability: He kept us apprised of schedule changes as we waited out wet weather; and he and/or his crew always showed up when we were expecting them.

Cost: When Rogelio bids a job that is exactly what you can expect to pay—no excuses, no wrangling over the final price. Having worked with him as much as we have, we did not even ask for an estimate on our last project—just told him to do the work and let us know what we owed him. No surprises that his bill was very reasonable.
