  Very professional. They came, worked hard and finished the installation in good time. They were very careful not to dirty any of my floors while moving parts up and down the stairs, using rugs to cover their path. Bobby explained all of the work beforehand and kept me informed as the work progressed. Upon completion, he went over the work and explained everything they had done.
  I have been using American Mechanical for over 2 years now for check-ups and repairs. I find them very professional and have no reason to go anywhere else.

  I was extremely pleased with the service by Eric Vetra I received March 5, 2021.. He was very professional and very personable. He went over all the services I wanted as well as the cost before starting the job. He was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He is truly an asset to your company, you should be proud to have him represent you. If I should need future services by American Mechanical I will definitely be requesting Eric as my technician.   Very wise and knowledgeable of current events regarding HVAC. He took the time to give experience based suggestions backed up with knowledge to help me understand the risks and rewards available to me. His diligence in preparing me for the next step gave me something that cant be bought. Peace of mind.

The process for installation and maintenance was smoother than expected and always allowed for an opportunity to learn what potential options were available to me for my unique situation. I am more than appreciative of their great customer service and professional quality of work.

  Best doctor for your foot and ankle issues around RDU/Briar Creek Area. He really takes care of you and he knows a lot. Unlike other places, he is focused and dedicated to only you during your appointment hours.

  Dr. Armstrong was perfect! He knows his craft so well and he's also got a great sense of humor! And my visit didn't break the bank either, thank god. I would recommend Dr. Armstrong over any other podiatrist in the area!
