I called from out of state and spoke to a caring florist who took the time to craft an arrangement just the way I wanted it. Delivered to hospital just a few hours later; patient's mother complimented the bouquet several times.

I ordered flowers online rather late in the day, after 1 pm, and later received a voicemail explaining that the driver had left for the day and that the bouquet for my uncle might not be delivered until the next day. I returned the call expecting to explain that I wasn't certain if my uncle would be at the same facility the next day only to learn that the owner was delivering the flowers that same day. This place is very professional and went above and beyond to help.

The person I spoke with on the phone was warm and courteous. The flowers I ordered arrived fresh and beautiful just 4 hours after I first placed the order for same day delivery. Overall a very smooth experience!
