My first few experience validated my concerns and I was thinking we are going to have to find another company, but yesterday Lester at the T-mobile 878 4389 Virginia Beach boulevard totally changed my mind. Lester solved a problem that two other locations could not. Lester went above and beyond exceptional customer service. Lester was knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly capable. Thank you Lester!

Mask required and 6ft distance. I went in with repair issues, had screen damage, Celine was able to assist me, with several different options. She figured out the best one for my situation, phone was repaired, sim card replaced, and device fixed. I appreciate her prompt & knowledgeable service!!! -

(October 18, 2019, 4:02 pm)I went into my first pawn shop in Raleigh(not Picasso) a couple of years ago to pawn/get a loan, and long story short, had a HORRIBLE experience. When I needed to pawn/get a loan again this year, I searched around and decided to try Picasso off Bethesda. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! ! They were so polite and transparent. The GM Kelly spent time with me, was thorough, upfront/honest, and gave me the best she could based on current values. I had such a great first experience, that I have been back. Everytime I go in, i am welcomed by name and everyone makes it feel like a personal experience and always goes above and beyond to work with me. Pawn shops aren't exactly known for their transparency and integrity, but at Picasso Pawn, they are nothing but.
