  Erica and eFit4Life have actually changed my life, both physically and mentally. Erica is full of energy and her classes are non-stop, great music, wonderful moves and just amazing. Here's how I describe it....when I get home after working all day, do a few things around the house and have dinner, it's cold, dark and raining outside and all anyone wants to do is crawl on the couch and veg. I get up and drive 25 minutes to sweat and get my butt kicked...the good kind of kicked! She is that good! I love that the venues have NO MIRRORS, can't tell you how liberating that is. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, this class is for you - time and money well spent. Queen B may have her hive but Erica has her own following as well! Give it a try...you certainly won't be disappointed. Best. Exercise. Ever!

  When, I say that I love this class, I am not lying. It has gotten to the point that my friends and family knows which night of the week is my "Zumba nights" for attending class. It is not JUST a class it is an experience, a time for yourself and a place to connect with liked minded community of friends who take getting healthy seriously.
  
  From day one when I discovered Erica and this class I have been hooked!
  The quality and professionalism that she, Erica, puts into each and energy class is unmatched and truly appreciated. It is so reassuring that this class is consistent in it's delivery, because it has been a 1-hour -haven from all the changes and challenges in life.
  
  Yes, it is fun to the max but it is also a class that challenges you. The moves, the music just gets into your soul becomes a natural part of your weekly routine. I honestly can not image not attending this class, let me correct that.."I can not image not attending ...this "Experience"!

  Erica's class is amazing! I attended it for a few months before relocating. Her energy is outstanding. Her routines are lively! Make sure to show up a bit early to get a good spot because her classes are large and very well attended, as in they can be PACKED! There are folks (mostly women) of all abilities, body sizes, and dance experience. My friend and I have dance experience and we found the class very fun! I wish I still lived in the area, but sadly I don't. I highly recommend Erica's class!!!
