(June 23, 2020, 3:36 pm)I lived here for almost two years as a med student at UNC CH. I absolutely loved it. It’s such a beautiful area. The complex amenities (lounge, business center, pool, gym) are so lovely and peaceful and well kept!!! Being able to walk to the shops across the streets and have quick access to the trails nearby was a huge plus. My apartment was spacious and comfortable and quiet. The only problem I ever had was a problem with our particular air conditioning unit which was promptly resolved with no issue. Maintenance is quick to check on things and they recently moved to trash valet service. Their are food trucks and lots of events throughout the year to attend here. It’s also very close to UNC and the V bus line stops right in front and at the Harris Teeter a 3 minute walk down the street. The Friday Center is also across the street. I would absolutely have stayed if I could have afforded it!! Highly recommend this place to anyone needing a beautiful community close to the school or hospital!!

(December 16, 2019, 5:32 pm)For an apartment living, it's quite enjoyable. Office staff is cheerful and helpful; maintenance staff is mostly quickly responsive and also helpful; apartments have comfortable layout, as does site plan of complex. Good clubhouse, pool, etc. Grounds are well kept.
Residents, of varying ages and situations, are friendly, considerate and interesting.
Location could hardly be more convenient.
Some upgrades needed. -

(August 4, 2018, 5:51 pm)Very nice facility. Four stars doesn't mean it is like a 4 star hotel type 4 starts. Just that we really like it. Apartments are spacious if you don't put a lot of furniture in them! Kitchens have new countertops, sinks and cupboard doors. There is a lot of cupboard space. They do not always give a lot of attention to detail, but it is still a well kept facility. People are friendly and from all age brackets. Pool area has just been redone and is attractive. Exercise room has good equipment.
