Super friendly staff, clean and organized! I’ve only had two sessions and seeing great results already. Staff willing to work with you and walk you through the process. Would highly recommend 10/10 :)

Everyone at Milan in Durham has been incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful! On top of that the experience has been very LGBT friendly as well. We are very happy with our experience so far, and the laser process itself was a breeze thanks to Tabitha! Looking forward to working with everyone through the process and seeing the results as we progress!

The Unlimited program they offer is also very appealing. No worries about how many sessions, hair growing back, etc., and the ability to pay it off over time is super helpful!

This place is fantastic. I felt very comfortable after my consult and signed up same day. I’m 4 treatments in and very happy I decided to go with Milan. I’d looked at Groupon and was tempted by some of the deals but decided on Milan because instead of buying a set number of sessions, you’re paying for the body part. Need more sessions? You get more sessions. Hair ever grows back? You get more sessions. So far (4 sessions) I’ve noticed a dramatic decrease but not full elimination of hair and am so glad I don’t have to deal with paying multiple times without getting the desired outcome.

The staff is also incredible and make the process so much better. Tabitha and Kathryn are professional and absolute treasures to be around. When you go in they remember you, your last conversations, what’s going on, etc. Its always nice to go to a place that can greet you by name. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough to anyone considering laser hair removal.
