  Amazingly friendly staff and efficient. Very engaged in their clientele. I have now rented 4 units over the last 6 months with them and they always come through for me. They work to make the customer satisfied and serve you to the highest degree possible. Highly recommend!!

  I went here to check about renting a storage unit. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the units are. Michelle, the property manager, was extremely helpful in getting me into the right size unit for a very fair price. Angela was also very helpful and they are very nice people! I am on a waiting list because they are full but I'll be renting there shortly...

  Michelle has been an excellent help while we have been in a bit of a time crunch to secure a storage facility close to our home. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and the facility has some of the most reasonable prices in the area. We definitely recommend Simply Self Storage.

  StoreRight Self-Storage is an excellent storage facility. It is extremely well-managed. Michelle is an outstanding manager who works hard to keep her grounds & buildings well-maintained & tries extremely hard to have customer satisfaction. Her assistant, Angela, is considerate, kind, & helpful. Excellent 5 star facility! Would highly recommend !!!!!!

  I stopped into my local store-right storage facility today! The young lady with red hair was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She told me her name but I forgot I guess . She answered all my questions, & boy I don’t shut up! Just ask my wife. Unfortunately they were at capacity. She had directed me to one of their other Store-right Storage locations but it was way to far. I'm 69 years old, I'd rather have my stuff closer to home! The young lady also had suggested that I provide her with all my information, so she can reach out when a unit opens up! If my wife heard this young lady she would have thought she was hitting on me. thank God I went alone! It was very nice that she suggested that. These kids these days don’t have any follow through they think they’re doing you a favor but I can’t say that I experienced any of that. She was just lovely! Like a ray of sunshine! They earn my business! I guess that’s why they’re at capacity! That’s why you can’t judge a book by its cover you have to look inside at their soul!

  I'm an elderly at risk Senior who was treated with over the top service from the moment that I walked through the door. The staffs on duty went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The young lady brought a chair outside for me. The technician who worked on my car used safe precautions and completed my service in a timely manner. I didn't get anyone's name , but feel they should be commended for going that extra mile. Bravo Firestone store on Hwy 55 Durham NC.

  I love this firestone, they never try to force unwanted services/products on you. They will give you necessary recommendations, and explain everything you need to know about the service or product you are buying. They are always very busy, but worth the wait. Ask for Edwin or Mike they are very helpful.
