  I haven't been to the restaurant since social distancing started, however, I've been a frequent customer since 2010. I've never had a problem with the food, it's always delicious. Their buffet is great, you can try a little bit of many different dishes. My favorite is the shredded beef chimichanga and their house Margarita. I like to go there and take my time, so they don't rush you out, which I like. I like the atmosphere there too; it's casual and comfortable.

  Very delicious food, starting from chips n salsa, the salsa was extremely tasteful. Being a vegetarian sometimes it becomes hard to find good food option in a restaurant but not with Fiesta Ole, they had a variety of veg options to choose from, also they can switch many non veg items to veg ones. The quantity of dishes was also very good. It is my new fav for sure.

  I would give this place 5 stars, but like everyone said, the service wasn't the best. It appears the owner doesn't like to hire enough staff members to keep a decent service queue.
  
  Food: The salsa was the most flavorful salsa I've ever had in the US. This includes locations like San Diego, Miami, and other locations with a high concentration of the Latin Americans. I got the molcajete and it was a huge portion. Very tasty and it came with a huge side of rice, beans, avocados, and lettuce with some corn tortillas. Legit, the only place I've ever come to where the tortillas don't fall apart when there's food in it.
  
  Drinks: Very fair with pricing. They have daily specials from what I've seen. Big mugs too.
  
  Service: Our bartender, Moses, was awesome. He acknowledged that it's a bit busy with the few staff members in the place but still took care of us with a smile.
  
  All in all, it's a great spot with great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place. Get over the service issues because everything else makes it that much better.
