They eventually sorted it out and refunded my purchase entirely and provided me a new pair of prescription shades on the house. That’s more than great customer service. They didn’t need to do that. They care about their service! Great place!

The apartments were updated with nice finishes but still affordable. Reem was amazing to work with and always dealt with any issues quickly and throughly and has a great personality.

(March 3, 2020, 5:32 pm)Beautiful community. The office staff especially Reem are quick to address any issues. Great location to lots of shops and eateries. Maintenance response is quick and they do their best to keep the grounds kept clean.

I greatly appreciate her efforts in making sure I have been comfortable in not only the first apartment I lived in over here but the current unit I am in now! Wonderful!

(December 20, 2018, 5:28 pm)On-time service and friendly staff are the key highlights with Haven at Patterson Place. Nice and clean place to live in. Gym is very good and spacious with all free weights and equipments. Parking space is plenty. With pathways coming in old chapel hill road it’s a nice place to live. We had no problem living here and would highly recommend it to friends.
