Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Me crew and I had a great experience at Firebirds! We started off with a complementary appetizer- warm bread, which tasted great! I ordered a medium-well, 12 oz sirloin. The taste was flawless, requiring no complementary sauce! I did request extra cheese and bacon as I felt my potato was a bit too plain (I didn’t care for onions, butter or sour cream). However, even the potato was perfectly salted (the skin, that is). In brief, my dish was just as expected! I’d like to acknowledge my server, John H., for his outstanding service! He properly served us and ensured we were satisfied throughout our stay!

Excellent food and service as always. For some reason, this time dinner took a little longer than I would have expected. It was early, and not crowded. Despite the wait for food, my son and I both enjoyed our meals.

The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and right portion size. I appreciate the obvious COVID measures being actively taken. Deducted one star as my mashed potatoes came out more cold than warm and the server inadvertently forgot the shrimp on our grilled shrimp and strawberry salad. I will say the issues were quickly resolved and with a smile! I'll definitely be back to this location.

Awesome food. Great service and atmosphere. On a date or with your family, you can't go wrong. Great burgers or try my favorite, the Portebello sandwich. I'm not a vegetarian but it is pretty darn good.

Check your order before you leave but it was easy to order online. Surprised that you can get margaritas to go. I love their steaks and entree salads. Never had a disappointing meal.
